The annual Rigram Geshe Graduation Ceremony, was conducted between 9th - 11th July 2026 at the main temple of Sera Jey Monastic Institute. Eight candidates received the Rigram Geshe title during this three-day graduation ceremony.

On 20th May 2026, the monastery’s Abbot presided the annual བརྩི་བཞག་ (Tsi Shaak) Ceremony during the morning debate session. As per the monastic tradition, the Chief Disciplinarian selected the two meritorious students for the annual Rigchen Ceremony and 16 meritorious students for the annual Rigchung Ceremony.

The annual Yarling Geshe Graduation Ceremony for the year 2026 was held from 27th – 29th April 2026. Nine candidates received their Yarling Geshe during the three day graduation ceremony.

On 6th April 2026, during the evening debate session, Sera Jey Monastery conducted its annual award ceremony for the academic year 2025, for Bachelor equivalent course graduates of monastery’s main curriculum, Science Course and Geluk Examination. The monastery’s Abbot presented the award to the recipients in the presence of The Chief Disciplinarian, the Chant Master, Administrator, Textual Teachers, Khangtsen and Department Heads. The monastery’s Board of Examination & Philosophical Studies organized the ceremony.
