In accordance with the guidelines of Geluk International Foundation, Sera Jey Monastery observed three days of sermon on 28th, 29th & 30th August 2025. The Board of Examination & Philosophical Studies organized separate sermon programs, for Dulwa to Karam stage, Gelong & Getsul; and separately for Sera Jey Secondary School pupil monks.

The annual Rigchung Debate Ceremony commenced from 18 August 2025. The minor debate ceremony is held amongst the 16 selected pupils from primary Prajnaparamita class (shung)
