On 15th April 2026, Sera Jey Monastery convened a full assembly to perform the annual Dolma Bumther Ceremony (100,000 Praises to 21 Tara), in dedication for the wellbeing of all members, devotees & student community of Sera Jey affiliate centres, including sponsors and well-wishers; and for the successful administration & fulfillment of centre’s Dharma missions.

On 13th April 2026, the third anniversary of late Venerable Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s passing into Parinirvana was commemorated at the main temple of Sera Jey Monastery, with a full assembly dedicating Guru Puja Tsok Offering (Lama Choepa) and Jampel Tsenjyod (Proclaiming the names of Manjushri).

A grand Hayagriva Fire Puja Ceremony, Jinsek, was conducted on the final day of the annual Hayagriva Retreat Ceremony, on 16th March 2026. The ceremony was presided by the monastery’s Abbot and head monk of Sera Jey Hayagriva Ritual Shrine, assisted by members of Hayagriva Ritual Shrine members and participated by the entire sangha community of Sera Jey. In the afternoon, a grand Hayagriva Tsok Offering Ceremony was conducted, led by the monastery’s Abbot. Many lay devotees attended the two ceremonies on the concluding day of the Hayagriva Retreat.
