The 2nd Session of the 3rd International Conference on Vinaya was held in the post lunch session from 01.30 pm to 04.30 pm. The final third day of the Conference is preponed from 19 December to 18 December 2017.

The unexpected change is made due to change in His Holiness Dalai Lama's visit schedule.
