Sera Jey Monastery’ Academic Council convened for a meeting on 5th April 2026, under the chairmanship of the monastery’s Abbot, and attended by the Chief Disciplinarian, Chant Master, Administrator, Representative of Sera Lachi, Members of Board of Examination, Textual Teachers, former Disciplinarians, Council Committee and Members and Department heads. The meeting was specifically held to review the monastery’s main Geshe curriculum and deliberations for changes towards the curriculum’s overall development.
