Sera Jey Monastery’s “Award of Excellence” during the academic year 2020-21 was presented to Ven. Tsultrim Rabten of Sera Jey Dhenma Khangtsen House division on 27 January 2021, for securing the First Position successively in all the four year course of Vinaya / Dulwa (Monastic Ethics) and one year Abhidharma (Metaphysics).

Sera Jey Monastery has instituted this academic award in honoring Gratitude to His Holiness the XIVth Dalai Lama. The award accompanies with a cash prize in recognition of the candidate’s excellent performance.
